What are some easy to learn acoustic guitar songs?

I am learning guitar but I want to learn a nice song that's not too hard. Something that has only 3-5 chords most of the song. Any ideas?

I would start using guitar tabs and build up to chords. Tabs use numbers counting from the top of the neck down. Here's an example:

    The chords E, F, and G:

    e|—0—1—3—
    B|—0—1—0—
    G|—1—2—0—
    D|—2—3—0—
    A|—2—3—2—
    E|—0—1—3—
    E F G

Sure. Try "Ball and Chain" by Social Distortion. The entire song is (I'm assuming it's in the key of D): D, A, G, D

Also, "What I Got" by Sublime is even easier. It's a constant D to G chord progression.

    Good luck!
