I had just decided to try and learn guitar, been wanting to for years but just now got the motivation.

I really dont have the time to go to guitar lessons with work and all, so was gonna try to learn from home maybe with a little help from the internet..

what would be the best way for me to learn the guitar? I know nothing about it so i would really like to learn.

I am 25 and just bought a new guitar and am anxious to learn. I am pretty coordinated and usually pick things up pretty quick. I am wondering how much time a day I should be dedicating and how long it will take me to become proficient. Thanks

Ive always been a singer and an artist that hasnt had time to learn piano or guitar.

If I practiced three times a week, how long would it take me to be decent enough to know the chords, and play while I sing memorized songs???
